At Sudesh Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed for our Gold, Silver, Diamond, and Antique jewellery collections.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be permitted.

To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through our registered phone number or email.

2. Customized & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Orders for customized, personalized, antique-finish, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started. Such items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:

• Order cancelled before processing
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed
• Duplicate payment transactions

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only. The refund timeline may vary depending on the payment provider, but typically it may take 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Customized, antique-finish, or special-order jewellery
• Orders cancelled after dispatch
• Price fluctuations due to gold rate changes after billing

6. Transaction Security

All payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways. Sudesh Jewellery does not store customer card or banking details.
