Return & Exchange Policy

At Sudesh Jewellery, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery crafted with precision and care, including our Gold, Silver, Diamond, and Antique jewellery collections. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of gold, silver, diamond, and antique jewellery, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange may be allowed under the following conditions:

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused and in original condition with invoice.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Personalized or antique-finish jewellery items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Gold Rate & Price Difference

In case of exchange approval, the applicable gold rate on the day of exchange will be considered. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

5. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange request, customers must contact us via phone or email with invoice details and product information. The item may need to be physically verified before approval.

6. Important Notice

Sudesh Jewellery reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
